2. Taxes to Build a new unit are waved. (In Texas it cost $3-4,000.00 a unit in taxes to build, in San Diego the same unit will cost an eXtra $100,000.00 in taxes to build)
3. Realize that as the Baby Boomers die off, you can take that land and stack & pack people.
4. Realize that a HOUSE can BE 3D Printed for less than $4,000.00. The Housing Market IS a GREAT BIG BUBBLE!!!
