Just LOOK at the comment section to get a real sense of HOW WE THE PEOPLE feel about the SICK & DISGUSTING police.
ThIS IS the REAL TRUTH OF THE STORY!

The US Supreme Court struck a blow against mass surveillance, ruling 5-4 on Friday that authorities must obtain a warrant to access cell phone site location information. According to the majority, this information is protected by the Fourth Amendment. Media analyst Lionel joins RT America’s Manila Chan for more on this.

It is a great victory for Americans; although let’s be real, cops and law enforcement today have absolutely no respect for constitutional laws and rules. They violate American citizens’ rights every single day and in every single state. It’s a great moral victory, but it will not even slow these criminals in blue down. TRUST ME.

Your all deluded. The constitution has been rewritten that many times, the original was defunct by the 1871 edition after the civil war. Do some research into the corporation, the charters and their history – government is not what we’re told it is!

They will STILL do it, BUT atleast we cant be CHARGED with anything thats done illegally. Idgaf if they know, its just about what they can PROVE in a court of law.
Cant use illegally obtained information in court. Good enough for me

What would make anyone think law enforcement will follow the law? They don’t, they haven’t, so why think they will change

That’s great. Except that pieces of paper mean nothing unless they’re practiced and adhered to.

Are these rulings for the ‘world corporate’ ? We know every country is a corporation so do these rulings apply to all corporate entities ? I would think they do apply

So the purpose of all this is so people can now sit back and relax and rest assured their privacy is protected, and go back to sleep because it’s all been fixed. Right. For we know the government will always follow the law, don’t we? Oh, and by the way, I have a bridge for sale if anyone here is interested. And I almost forgot, thank you Lionel and thank you again RT for serving the power structure so well and promoting this false sense of security and hope. Well done comrades, well done.

People aren’t being forced to give away their privacy data, they’re volunteering for it, look how facepuke users sign away their phones/computers privacy to simply register with a website that gathers your information and sells it onto communists for profit.

What this means is there could very well be an “Auto-Warrant” available now or soon.
THEY will most likely still gather what they need but only get a warrant once they want to bring people to justice.

They will still do whatever they want to, even if they can’t use it in court. This actually gives them more flexibility. Now, they can credibly claim that they didn’t know that the fake terrorists were going to do something, but they will still track anybody they want to.
